It’s up to us what we’ll do with these legacies. We can ignore them. We can reject them. Or, we can turn toward them and engage. That choice can deeply shape how we move through this one, wild, and holy life, and can radically transform the legacy that generations to come will inherit.

Ancestral Lineage Healing is the process of safely and directly coming into conscious relationship with our lineage ancestors for personal, family, and cultural healing. When approached with care and reverence, this work can loosen impacted patterns, help us rediscover forgotten gifts, clarify our life purpose, reconnect us to the wider network of beings on whom our lives depend, and empower us to walk on this planet as strong, loving, and wise human beings in right relationship with others.
